Annelise Van Der Pol

Anneliese Louise van der Pol, an American actress and performer with Dutch heritage, is the daughter of a Dutch native. She is best known for her work in theatre and in the role of Chelsea Daniels, the star of That's So Raven on Disney Channel as well as Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol is an Dutch base American actor (Female) and a vocalist who is most well-known for her frequent parts in the television series That's So Raven. Van der Pol sang with the Disney Channel Circle of Stars in pop/R&B renditions of the"Lion King"'s Circle of Life (from The Lion King) and Cinderella A Dream Is a Wish That Your Heart Makes ("A Dream Is a Wish made by your heart") to be released as special editions of both films. The group recorded an original cover of the Disney classic Candle on the Water, from Pete's Dragon in 2006, for the issue Disneymania. She has recorded a variety of tracks from the show which included A Change in Me.
