Anneliese Louise van der Pol (born in the Netherlands) is an American actor and musician. She is well-known for her stage work as well as acting as Chelsea Daniels on the Disney Channel series That's So Raven and its sequel Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol, an American actor (female), is best famous for her role as a regular in the TV series That's So Raven. In 2003, van der Pol landed one of her first TV roles as the ditzy Chelsea Daniels in the Disney Channel Original Series That's So Raven, starring alongside Raven-Symone Orlando Brown as well as Kyle Massey. She recorded R&B/pop versions of The Lion King's Circle of Life as well as Cinderella's Dream Is a Wish your Heart is able to make. She also recorded her own version of the Disney classic Candle on the Water, from Pete's Dragon in 2006, to be included in an issue of Disneymania. The singer recorded several songs from the stage production, including A Change in Me.
