Anneliese Louise van der Pol is a born in Holland. She is an American actor and singer. She is well-known for her theatrical work and for her role as Chelsea Daniels in the Disney Channel show That's So Raven, and its sister show Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol has a Dutch heritage she is an American actress and performer best known for recurring roles on the television series That's So Raven. She has featured in 14 productions that include TV video and series. Her most notable credits include Shalom Sesame Divorce. She has performed in over 15 TV shows. This Musical & Raven.
